1. Before anyone asks (Fork, I'm looking in your direction), this is not autobiographic. So that's that.
2. The soundtrack to this story is the wonderful "Godsend" by Beat Happening. I recommend everyone download it just because it's so great, but I especially recommend it to The Fork for the simple fact that I want to be the person (if I'm not already) who made him listen to his least favorite song ever. I guarantee you The Fork will never hear a song he likes less than this one.
3. Comment please. If you hate it and you want to rip the story to shreads, please do so. Comment anonymously if you'd feel better about it. Any feedback would be helpful.

Thanks for commenting. Sorry, massively busy day today and probably tomorrow, I will post a response to this hopefully tomorrow if not soon.
"I don't think I can critique your story because I'm not sure i understand what you are trying to do with it. I expected it to be a revised account of Noah's ordeal with non-bliblical reality thrown in to create humor. It seemed like you did that a little but then the story abruptly turned sour and depressing. Was this story intended to be emotional with some light humor thrown in? I dont get it."
I was using the Bible story for humor, but I was also using it for emotion as well. It started out as a joke with one of Noah's sons unable to get a date, and sort of built from there. I wanted to look at it through reality from all angles. I do think the tone is inconsistent which hurts the story in general.
The song is not from the Garden State soundtrack, at least I don't think it is. What a terrible movie. I don't understand how it's so popular.

Why I oughta.
And by the way, that song is indie. It can't be techno, those are real guitars.
