Headline News legal analyst Nancy Grace forced intern Anne Perkins to admit that she had spilled salsa on the new couch in the green room Wednesday in front of a studio full of employees.
"Someone stained that beautiful white couch," Grace yelled, glaring at Perkins. "Where were you when it happened? Why can't you answer that question?"
Though Perkins initially insisted that she was at home at the time of the incident, she finally accepted responsibility for the stain in the face of Grace's persistent badgering and righteous harassment.
"Fine, fine, it was me. Whatever," Perkins said, hurrying out of the studio to attend to one of Grace's guests. Perkins would later confide to friends that she feels she is "not paid enough to put up with this crap."

John Lennon was shot today, but on the upside we weren't all killed by a massive snow storm as you predicted, and it's your birthday. So I suppose this is a good day and I guess this means "happy birthday(!)"... if that would not offend your birthday anonymity.
Aw shucks, thanks. And wherever John Lennon is right now, I'm sure the snow's coming down a mile a minute.
