Diner takes fortune cookie's advice to heart

Ithaca College junior Josh Phelps took the advice given to him a fortune cookie from a local Chinese restaurant to heart on Tuesday. “Look at this!” Phelps said, showing his fortune to friend Greg Young. “‘Follow your heart and you can have no regrets.’ This is perfect. I’m asking Cindy out tonight.” Though Young tried to convince his friend not to do anything stupid, Phelps insisted “this is more than just a coincidence.” He was later spotted convincing himself that because he had followed his heart, he really felt no regrets.
