Shrimp Products: TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY
That's right. We made it to two. September 6, 2004 is a day that will undoubtedly go down in history. Because that is the day former President Bill Clinton underwent a successful heart bypass surgery. But it is also the day I started a blog that would come to be known as Shrimp Products. Well it was known as Shrimp Products from the start, but let's not nitpick. Because this should be a joyous day of celebration of the kind of strange and sometimes incoherent comedy that this URL has been hosting for something like 730 days now. And I think there's been a lot of improvement over year one, which you will be able to see for yourself when I spend the next twelve days recapping the best of year two as I did last year. Though that year, I recapped the best of year one because year two had yet to be posted, but honestly, enough of the nitpicking. In fact, at this rate, my calculations indicate this blog will be "mostly readable" by 2007 and I hope to become "adaquate" by 2009. So the best of September 2005 will be posted later today or tonight or something. I'll still post new things if I write them, so don't give up all hope of updates of any kind of significant creativity. For now, I'm going to celebrate this milestone the only way I know how. I'm going to take a shower.
