Protest

CIRCUS OWNER: I don't get it. Why isn't anyone in this town buying tickets? Don't they like the circus?
RINGMASTER: There's a big protest outside. These people don't want the circus in their town.
CIRCUS OWNER: What? That's ridiculous.

[CIRCUS OWNER looks out the window.]

PROTESTORS: Go away circus! You make our town smell like feces!
