I finally got around to transferring a bunch of videos from my old, nearly-dead computer to this one. So I figured I'd share them with the internet and start uploading them to Youtube. Rather than dumping them there all at once, I'm going to do one a week-ish and try to steer faithful readers to the ones they'd be interested in seeing with a simple, comprehensive rating system.
First up, The Adventures Of Pacman.
DATE: 2003.
GENRE: MS Paint Cartoon.
THOSE INVOLVED: N/A.
INTEREST TO THOSE INVOLVED: 9/10.
INTEREST TO THOSE NOT INVOLVED: 3/10.
COMMENTS: This is the first MS Paint/Windows Movie Maker cartoon I made, early in my freshman year of college. Episode One is based on a cartoon I drew in high school. Episode Two is ***SPOILER ALERT*** Pacman being shot in the face over and over again for about four minutes. I always kind of wondered what my roommate thought of me meticulously drawing each frame of Pacman's head being ripped apart by a bullet. We never really got along.
This video is not made to be enjoyed by yourself. The best way to enjoy this video is to find someone else, tell them they have to see this video, and then watch their reaction to it. The cycle of enjoyment, confusion and disgust they will go through far outweighs the value of the video itself. Just keep telling them "wait until the end." I've nearly collapsed laughing watching people watch this thing. (But then again I'm an idiot, so who knows.)
