COMMENTS: This video finds Friend Charles harassing Friend/Roommate Jesse. The reasons for this are unclear. If I remember correctly, Charles gave Jesse a dead leg and Jesse vowed revenge. Therefore Charles demanded Jesse agree to a truce. Perhaps counter-intuitively, Charles decided that the best way to get this truce agreement from Jesse was to be as bothersome as possible and prevent him from going to bed the night before an 8 AM class. As it says in the video, this had been going on for a while before I finally grabbed the camera.

The video has two acts. In the first, Jesse tries to get Charles out of the room while Charles does everything in his power to remain inside. In the second, after Charles leaves voluntarily, he begins pounding on the door and Jesse takes the warfare to the next level with some air freshener. It sounds like unexceptional Dorm Room Hijinx, but it's pretty funny (Jesse manages to nail Charles with the air freshener three times, and it gets funnier every time).

One final note: viewers may be puzzled by Charles' frequent use of variations of the phrase "hoisted by his own petard." This is a phrase I used stupidly once during like Halo or something, and Charles thought it was hilarious so he started using it constantly, mostly to annoy me. That is all.
